Length of Stay:

A 3 consecutive night minimum is required for all reservations. Leases of up to 12 months can be arranged.

Payment Options:

VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Traveler’s Checks, Money Orders or Cash. We can also arrange direct bill with corporate accounts. A 3% transaction fee will be added for multiple card transactions (per transaction) as a result of splitting the bill, partial refunds or switching balance to a new card. There is no credit card transaction fee for cancellations made within required time frames or for new charges added to the original reservation.

Deposits and Payments:

We do not hold reservations without a deposit. We take 50% of the rental charge as deposit with the remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. Unless otherwise instructed we will charge the balance due to the credit card provided and an updated confirmation showing payment in full will be sent to you. If your arrival date is 30 days or less away, payment in full will be charged at time of reservation. Your cleaning fee includes a small damage waiver fee which covers accidental damages up to $600 in value. It does not cover costs of unreturned keys, fobs or remotes or intentional damage or theft. The credit card on file can be used in place any further damage deposit. If a credit card backup is not available we will charge a $250 refundable damage deposit. Direct corporate billing can also be arranged. We are happy to provide letterhead receipts upon request.

Making a Reservation:

To make a reservation we need the tenant’s name, address, phone, email address and credit card information. You can contact us by email, fax or phone or by using our secure reservation form found on this site. Just click on the reservation button, fill out the form and send to us. We will respond within 24 hours to confirm your reservation.

Confirmation and Lease Agreement:

Once we receive your information we will send you a confirmation and lease agreement. The lease agreement needs to be signed and returned prior to arrival.

Cancellations and Refunds:

The deposit minus a 10% cancellation fee is refundable with cancellation made 30 days prior to arrival. There is no refund if cancellation or change in arrival date is made 29 days or less prior to arrival unless the property can be rerented. Refunds will be based on the number of days covered by the original rental that can be rented. 

Check-in/Check-out:

Please email the office at least a week prior to arrival to make check-in arrangements so we can make sure someone will be available to meet you at the building on your day of arrival. Check- in is any time between 3pm and 10pm. Check out time is 12:00 pm. To request earlier or later check-ins or check-outs please contact the office to see if it is possible. There is an added fee for check-ins later than 10pm or earlier than 12pm.

Advance Reservations:

Because inventory and pricing is always subject to change, we do not book short term rentals more than 6 months in advance.

Smoking & Pets:

All of our properties are strictly non-smoking and no pets allowed.

Parking:

Secure garage parking is available based upon availability. Reservations should be made in advance whenever possible. Parking spaces will only accommodate small to mid-sized vehicles. Cars wider than a small mini-van will be referred to local parking garages which can accommodate larger vehicles. Guests assume responsibility for all damages incurred during their stay.
